SBS trains, couches, and mentors its students to face the outside world during the course of the degree itself for a secure future in entrepreneurship, a family business or employment in the corporate world.

We have a fully equipped Training and Placement Team that handles all types of interview session. Our department also organizes different activities to teach our students the Do’s and Don’ts of the interview process. It is our mission to get most students recruited in campus interviews, during Umeed Job Fest, and through off-campus placements – depending on the need to industry and interest of students.

SBS Students are offered three types of exposure leading to final placement at the end of their degree program:

• Summer Internship Program (1 to 2 months after 2^nd and 4^th semesters)
• Live Projects (1 week to 30 days)
• Final Placements (Starts in final semester)

From its inception in 2004, SBS has a noteworthy placement record. More than 250 Local, National and Multinational companies visited our campus and our students were placed in good companies in different areas like Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, BFSI, IT & ITES, etc. PIBM students are offered jobs in top profiles such as Investment Banking, Equity Research, and Broking, Banking, Corporate Finance, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing, Channel Management, Retail Management, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing, Generalist HR, Recruitment & Section, Operations, Analysts and many more.
