Overview

BSc Medical Laboratory Sciences (BSc MLS) is a comprehensive undergraduate program designed to train students in the principles and practices of clinical laboratory technology. The course equips learners with theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for performing diagnostic tests that aid in disease detection, treatment, and prevention. Covering hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, pathology, and immunology, BSc MLS prepares students for vital roles in hospital and research laboratories, contributing to healthcare delivery and medical research.

Eligibility

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with either Mathematics or Biology, from a recognized Board/University/Council.

OR,

Candidates who have completed 10+2 with a vocational course in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Laboratory Technology with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates belonging to the Reserved Category) are also eligible.
